Return Policy:

Verification of the state of the items delivered should be done at the time of the delivery. In case you receive a farm product that is wrong or damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our support team by sending an email to us at Please DO NOT return any product without contacting us. Return requests should be made immediately upon receiving the product. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, you will not be able to claim any returns after receiving and accepting the order. If the reason for return is genuine and the mistake is occurred from our side, then FarmsGate will replace the item in the next delivery.

Refund Policy:

Since FarmsGate offers farm fresh vegetables and agricultural products, we do not issue refunds once the order is serviced and the product is delivered. As our customer, we request you to understand that our products are highly perishable in nature. Even though, we realize that exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. Below are the situations we can provide you with a refund :

Non-delivery of the product: If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount within the next 15-20 days depending on the bank. Alternatively we can issue a discount coupon, which could be used in the next purchase within stipulated time with specific terms and conditions.

Major defects:Although all our products undergo a meticulous quality check before delivery, unexpected damages and defects may occur. In case of such issues, please report it to our Support Team. If the fault is due to some negligence from FarmsGate, we will deliver a fresh set of the same product in the next delivery schedule. And if the customer is still not satisfied with our product, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations within the next 15-20 days depending on the bank.

Product not-as-described : In case the product is not as described, please report the issue to our Support Team immediately after delivery along with the proof that the purchased product is not the same as that described on the website. If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount in the next 15-20 days depending on the bank.

Cancellation Policy:

After placing an order and after paying an amount, we do not encourage cancellation from user end. Nevertheless, users can cancel their order by sending an email to  24 hours before the delivery and refunds will be made back via  the original payment mode used initially by the customer. Depending on the bank, it takes 15-20 days to get settle the amount in your account.
